The tracker shows your progress through the 14 days and the earliest date you can apply for production access, based on Google's stated requirement for new personal developer accounts.

Which date should I enter?
Enter the date your opted-in tester count reached 12 and stayed there. If it later dropped below 12, enter the date it was back at 12 or more.
Is the result guaranteed?
No. The tracker only does the date maths. Play Console shows your official status, and Google decides on production access.
Does the tool store my data?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser and nothing is sent or saved.
