Software review sites
Genuine Capterra reviews from real customers
TestLancer helps software companies ask people who actually used them to leave their own Capterra review, through Capterra’s official tools. We do not write, buy, or post reviews.
Quick answer
Can you buy Capterra reviews?
You can find sellers offering cheap or 5-star Capterra reviews, including in India, but fake, paid or incentivised reviews break Capterra’s rules and can be removed or penalised. The safe way to get more positive Capterra reviews is Capterra’s vendor review collection link. TestLancer never writes or sells reviews.
What is Capterra? Capterra is a software review and comparison site run by Gartner Digital Markets, alongside GetApp and Software Advice.

Why it matters
Why do genuine Capterra reviews matter?
One review, wider reach
Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice are run by Gartner Digital Markets, so a vendor listing there can reach buyers on all three sites. Check your vendor portal for how reviews are shown.
Specific product feedback
Detailed reviews from real users show buyers how the product works in practice.

How it works
How does the work run?
You keep control of who is contacted. Only someone who used your business or product should receive a review request.
- Share your Capterra listing and the users you plan to contact
- Agree the invitation wording, links and reply work; pricing is quoted for that scope
- You send the official review link to real users, and each one decides whether to review
