Feedback themes
- Onboarding (8 testers): the goal-setting screen was confusing; testers wanted a "skip for now" option.
- Workouts (12 testers): liked the timer and history; asked for a rest-period sound.
- Notifications (6 testers): reminders felt too frequent on day 1.

- Fixed two crashes and the timer reset (v1.0.1–v1.0.2).
- Added "skip for now" to onboarding (v1.0.3).
- Reduced reminder frequency and fixed reboot notifications (v1.0.3).
- Fixed small-screen layout issues (v1.0.4).
